All available payment options will be displayed at checkout. For in-person purchases, we also accept MobilePay for amounts up to €400, as well as cash. Local pickup is available within the Helsinki area.

All orders are shipped within two business days of purchase using a tracked and signature-required service. Should there be any exceptions, customers will be notified accordingly. Shipping options vary depending on the item type and destination country. Orders are declared at a low value for customs purposes.

All sales are considered final. However, if you are a customer residing in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order under applicable EU consumer protection laws, unless an exception to the right of withdrawal applies

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period. Returned items must be sent back in accordance with our return instructions and applicable legal requirements. Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For customers outside the European Union, we do not accept returns or issue refunds except where required by applicable law.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier for delivery. However, this does not affect any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law, including the EU right of withdrawal where applicable.
